Does the oneZone login cost me anything as a customer?
The customer login on the web, as well as the app is completely free for our customers.
Does the oneZone login cost me anything as a consultant?
We provide the consultants with the oneZone portal and app free of charge.
The consultant can join us with an agency contract. The services from our back office can thus be used by the consultant free of charge.
Consultants who do not want an agency contract can also use the app and the portal free of charge in a slightly restricted version.
Customer is in the app – the consultant is not
It works! A client can use the oneZone app as well as the weblogin, and keep their advisor.
The customer can indicate whether or not they would like certain policies to continue to be managed by the previous advisor. However, the policies of the existing advisor cannot be adjusted in the oneZone app. If the customer wishes to change a policy that has not been reallocated, he/she may contact his/her advisor directly.
Consultant is in the app – customer is not
This is also possible! The oneZone app and weblogin are designed to make life easier for advisors by providing a clear and simple way to manage their client’s policies.
However, an advisor can also serve certain clients or individual policies through the app, and others through the previous channels.
